Yeah some of the games have pretty bad sensitivity and you'll lose if you don't have the remote setup up right and move it gently. The volleyball game and vacuum cleaner are particularly bad.

Nope, if you continue to play a characters minigame set, you'll continue to unlock them. This game doesn't support DLC. :V
