When is the best time to change the date? Someone told me to avoid the time/date change manually between 12 am -10 am.... Please advise me OMEGA. Im a proud owner of the Bond watch Caliber 1538 Seamaster. I love it =)

That's mainly for a few particular mechanical movements. Just as a rule of thumb change the date any time during the day and you'll never have problems.

This movement with the quickset hour hand isn't affected by changing the date between a stipulated time. You can change the date on this by moving the hour hand anytime without worrying about damaging the date mechanism.
