Preheat a lid with the pan and everything will cook more evenly while also aiding in the cheese melting.Works for me.

Yes I unfortunately don't have a lid on this skillet. It is a super high quality skillet but that would definitely help when making an omelet in it.

Yea just get some Italian themed meat, cheese, and herbs and use some olive oil with the butter and it turns out great!

Oh I would love this but I don't have any of the ingredients...I have eggs butter and olive oil....hahahahaha! I am trying not to go to the store, every wednesday morning I run in and grab the essentials, milk bread butter but not sure I want to get deli meat cut...I will try to grab some more items next wednesday! This meat was actually prepackaged in log form. It stores well in the pantry until you open and then can last a very long time in the fridge after you open it.

This recipe looks very good and I will be making it. After noticing that the yolks of a very popular brand of eggs were always pale, I sent them an email to ask why. Their reply said that it's because they feed a very high quality feed to their chickens and I believed that until a customer of mine that has Chickens 🐓 told me: "No... you get pale yolks when the birds are under constant stress and are fed LOW QUALITY feed..! Don't buy Eggs from that "E.B." brand. They don't have any flavor either...!
