Ah such a shame she didnt put comments on the sheet! I have been a writer for jugdes in dressage here in Denmark - and most of the jugdes i have met always writes a comment. Everything under 7 MUST be commented here in Denmark 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈 i Think that is a very good rule, and ensures that you learn from each test ☺️

Same rule here in the UK. I also do a lot of dressage writing and much prefer judges who give lots of comments, even if it makes it trickier to get them all written in the time.

Beautiful music and ride! You and Genesis are getting better with every competition! And your higher marks are showing it! Love how he is now more open in the neck and more relaxed over his topline as well! Piaffe and passage were super and transitions as well. I personally think the mark of a good ride are the transition between pi and pa. You two are going to the very top! 👏 💯 also, I'm no judge but I would've thought you should have deserved at least a 78% or even higher in the 80s. If I had to guess, I'd say needs more activity and engagement in transitions and extensions to show difference between extended and collected more.

Gosh Tommie! Your freestyle with Genesis was beautifully done. Of course I'm certainly no expert, but it was just a true pleasure to watch. Genesis seemed at ease riding, and of course, you looked great riding him. Tops Gentle has really come a long way. Really sorry about your scoring with Genesis!!!!!! Ya'll really really deserved better!!!!

Absolutely FLAWLESS! Beautiful.... IMO I would have scored you closer to 78.......way too much difference in the judges scores and worse is no comment................love it to pieces......thank you for sharing.

Lovely lovey ride! I believe Genesis likes all those frequent transitions! He looked relaxed and focused, and like he was enjoying himself. I enjoyed the way you put the movements together -- very unexpected and enjoyable. Top's Gentle looked good, but I agree with your comments. He looked, at the beginning, like he was expecting a different test then said to himself, "Whoops! I guess I'd better pay better attention to Tommie!" Thanks so much for sharing these videos!

Please don't be disappointed because that was a stunning test. Moreover, you are out showing and teaching us all how to do it. How to handle it and how to move on from it. We will meet people always that maybe don't like us and you help, by showing this, us lower riders how to move on. Awesome tests

holysmokes, extended canter transition into piaffe is the most insane freestyle choice ive seen :O and you even pulled it off, but too bad most of the judges then sit behind you when you chose to have such insane and difficult movements ypu should do it in the judges face.

That judge needs to pass her eye exam before she judges again or take the mask off her eyes. I'm sorry you are experiencing discrimination. I agree there should have been comments. When you can no longer do your job properly, retire.

De free style met Genesis ging goed! Maar die muziek past totaal niet bij dit paard 🙈😅😇. Ik begrijp echt wel dat je niet voor elk paard een eigen kür met eigen muziek kunt maken wanneer je er meerdere hebt. Maar ik als "toeschouwer" vond het verschil tussen de energie van het paard en van de muziek op veel momenten zover uit elkaar liggen dat op de een of andere manier de "hobbeltjes" veel meer op vielen en de tact op momenten verstoord leek. En dat terwijl ik dat veel minder, en bij sommige dingen zelfs helemaal niet, had toen ik jullie proef nog een keer terug keek zonder muziek.. Ik heb geen idee waarom dat verschil van "ervaren" zo groot was met en zonder muziek want de proef, en hoe jullie hem gereden hebben, was natuurlijk precies hetzelfde.. Maar jullie gaan als combinatie steeds weer vooruit en dat is ontzettend mooi om te zien!

Giving a considerably lower score without comments is a judge NOT doing her job. I think FEI should be aware, i.e. you don't dispute the score but you let them know that the judge did not provide any feedback or did not complete the score sheet.
