personal preference but I would never live in florida just because of aligators and other wild life and this is coming from a person who has lived in canada and other north american states, lived in georgia dont prefer even georgia because of bugs, roaches , lizards , snakes and scorpians but florida is on another level, though houses are pretty but weather wise also not that great, I would rather live in a cold state then hot states like florida and texas. I see that u did’nt have a choice. I mean animals are animals they can attack and we hear so many accidents happening with gators all the time.
