Amitab was a married man at the time of his involvement with rekha. Being a very proud man he choose to stay in his marriage whatever the reasons are only known to him. Rekha on the other hand fully well knew the ramifications and risks being involved with a married man having said that i wont attempt to analyse that relationship but i think both of them knew it would never go beyond what it was. Rekha ji u r too beautiful and talented to get involved with married men it never works. Being someone wife is respectful even if there is a troubled marriage.
