By far the BEST value for money apartments featured on this channel. Whoever the landlord/lady is they are content. Extremely beautiful, well thought out, extravagant and just the best! Pass my regards to the owner. Tell them to keep it up. This kind of house a family moves in with small children and they move out 15 years later to their home. I could go on and on... I love it❤.

So many design esthetics that I like and would require a builder to reference and apply to my house when we find the land and appropriate builder. I like a black and white kitchen. I like the small floating minimal wash basins (if they are going to be out in the open). 40,000 ksh is equivalent to $400 Canadian which I think most diasporas in Canada would appreciate.
