I live here guys and to be honest this is not a house to move in. It is so nice yes but the management is hell. We pay an average of 1500 to 2000 electricity bill per month and almost the same amount for water bills. The building has 12 floors and majority of the times that lift is not working so you will use stairs hadi huko juu. Lately stima hupotea almost on a daily basis while the whole Nairobi iko na stima and the management doesn’t even care.. I don’t recommend this at all
