He seems like such a great esper for beginners to use in fafnir too! which makes sense for them to release something alongside the release of the CN version, i think its safe to assume theres gonna be similar espers for andras, apep, and kronos (although i doubt for kronos considering theres so many espers that make kronos way easier for beginners, like leora)

Yes he is broken. But he need to cast his s3 to be broken. If he get CD upped he become way less scary. his crit rate, extra damage, pursuits are tied to marsh wind. without marsh wind he can't hit hard and only dispel ally incapacitations. So spd teams, cd up are still counters for him so yall can chill.

You get the buff from heavens wheel first then you only apply dmg And yes the heaven wheel lasts forever, but not sure about after Feng xun dies, need further testing

I think there's a bug on Feng Xun. They didn't intend to make him pursut attack after his own S1 attack, because it's specifically stated on the "Far Journey" buff that "After an Ally cast their basic ability he'l launch the pursut attack." I'm worried that they might nerf him before or after his release debut. They're too powerful when paired with R2 Jin qui, Feng Xun & Mavis.😓😟
