Well, this should make you smile; I wanted ALL those guys! 🙂 SEXY!! (we all woke up pregnant the next day after hearing this for the first time on 'Top Of The Pops' in Britain! This shot to No. 1 over here and was in the Top Twenty like forever! It was clearly an unusual Song, and I think ours was the only country where it made it to the top, and so we became very popular with The Floaters! 🙂 I have the Limited 12" version from 1977 which goes on for about fifteen minutes if you want to hear more!, and it's awesome, and has a great beat to it. I also have the original LP this was taken from which was pretty good too! Sadly, they were what is called a 'One Hit Wonder' over here; they never had another hit - but this was one of my favourite Hits from 1977 - played it all through that year! The 'Float On' is referencing the feeling we get when we orgasm! Thanks for sharing.
