Some people might argue that point, as he has absorbed some human female DNA and meta-DNA, but he himself confirms it when he says that because he can't lay eggs, or give birth to children, he will take on the role of ruler (Ant-Queen) by implanting parasites in human hosts to make pseudo drones. There was only ever one evolved female Chimera Ant, all the other were male soldiers or drones and before Zazan abandoned them, the 'human' female characteristics he chose to keep were about showing status in the matriarchy.
