TQG means "Te Quedé Grande" which translate "too big for you" or "out of your league". At the end they say TQM which usually translate "I love you a lot" but in this case they say TQM but TQG which translates "I *used* to love you but I'm out of your league". Unbelievably they were both cheated by their partners!?!
