Got to say. I know a lot about cell phones. There is no way his battery was on 1%. Background apps, liad up. Cell tower ping etc would not be possible with one percent. The phone would shut down. When the phone knew it was close to shutting down it would send a ping to bearest tower to tell the tower that its shuting down and the bandwith it was using is free to allocate to other cell phones. This happenes also if the phone is turned off. If smashed or battery removed, this signal is not sent to the nearest Tower. Any ones whose been cell sited by an investigation knows this. Plus Jays phone would have pinged off the nearest phone to get help with reduced battery. So phone pings of nearest phone to help get signal to tower. Hence why you never set up a burner near your own phone or any friends or family.

Good observation, I have read many forensic analysis reports. You are correct. Police can also now see which groups of phones are travelling together, in the same locations, switched on and off near other phones and identify who owns each burner phone. GCHQ also assist with the phone tracking and can extract all the data to and from each phone and decrypt it, this includes phone calls. I bet police have already obtained all the info. Another thing GCHQ operates is a system to ringfence areas or target areas and people of interest. If anyone goes near them it will activate their mics and cameras on the phones to record the local area. For such a high profile case, this data will be extracted. The investigation is far from over, the non-disclosure of details is to keep criminals guessing, but their rooms, homes and cars etc.

My take, and this is only my take on this whole sordid scenario, is that Jay lost a load of pills that he had been given by Quassimodo and Potty Paper to sell, via Lucy, to make some decent money for himself. The value of these, if he had sold every single one of them, is thus rounded up to £30,000. He is taken i.e. kidnapped and Lucy now has to get them this £30,000 before he is returned safe n' sound. However once the UK papers, and the big news channels are all over this, plus Jay's parent's want this 30 grand money to go looking for their darling little angel, it is decided to murder Jay, as the publicity surrounding him makes it too hot for him ever to be released. Plus this pair and their Moroccan (or possible Russian) overlords realise they aren't going to get their money, now it is in the hands of Jay's parents. . He is currently at the bottom of the ocean

Jay was to sell these men the watch They had no money it was at the bnb So jay went there. Lucy said she would pick him up later on after some sleep, or they was to drop him back off when they had been to sleep. Guys didnt give jay the money, when the guys went to sleep, jay took the watch, whatever money they did have OR drugs and ran. Thats why he went the wrong way, coz if them men went after him. Theyd assume he went the way they came, knwoing that jay doesnt no his way around that area. Then they couldnt see him, and then either they turned around and tried to find him by going back the other way, or they found him and did what they did, or he hid and fell Personally my theory is - Jay and brandon/or brad went back to that bnb and they robbed them men of drugs, Brad/brandon ran one way, jay the other way (the wrong way), brad/brandon managed to get a lift off lucy (hence why you see her pull up and a man getting into the car) AFTER you can see the same man walking on the road on his own... The men found jay. Lucy went to the bnb... she knew which one they were in. She knew where they were, but claimed she didnt no them?? Said she reported him missing in the AM but it was bull, it was near the evening that jay was reported. The stories have changed Brads mum kept protecting him and was deleting any comments involving brad on facebook. Brandon - no one knew he was even there for 2 weeks into the search! Weird eh! Turns out this man owns the bnb (according to new reports), the lady jay spoke to is the CLEANER not the owner. She could of lied. Another neighbour heard some shouting like an argument. Them men booked themselves into the bnb because even if he owns it, if he booked it, it would say 'not vacent' online. If he didnt book it but still stopped, it would still stay online as vacent, so someone else could of booked it regardless of them being in there or not. Think about it. Booked it and then turned up less than an hr later 🥴 they went that far coz its unlikely the police are up there a lot and if they had a load of drugs it would be less likely the police would catch them with it. Its the perfect location for a dealer. Remember these men HAVE previous for drugs. And the rest - inc violence. Yet a quick chat to the police and they are free to get a flight home and the bnb had a deep clean. Why did the bnb need a deep clean 😂😂😂 hmmmmm ​

I think jay stole the watch from the air bnb got out of there fast as he could and asked the woman for bus times and directions then intenionally went the opposite (wrong) direction incase he was followed by both men, i think the phone call from lucy to qasim was to tell them where jay's location was after jay rang lucy to tell her where he was and that his phone was on low battery i think she ratted him out intentionally or unintentionally to both men and they got to jay amd killed and disposed of him. Yea i mean this is probably the question to ask - if there was a stolen watch involved.. who’s was it? If the dates do indeed line up, it does seem awfully suspicious that jay ended up getting involved with these individuals in particular, especially considering they had a stolen watch apparently worth 15k and no one else is like ‘where is my watch’ 😅 and yeah the fact these guys have property closer to centre, it does seem weird for them to rent a bnb with a fake name. I think knowing when the bnb booking was done would be the key info I believe to an alibi - a last minute booking would scream of foul play.. maybe the truth is known but its like a bribe situation perhaps. Although other bits of info on this outcome don’t add up.. like i dunno if i believe 18yo jay slater and his buddies would randomly ransack a shop on holiday..? My take, and this is only my take on this whole sordid scenario, is that Jay lost a load of pills that he had been given by Quassimodo and Potty Paper to sell, via Lucy, to make some decent money for himself. The value of these, if he had sold every single one of them, is thus rounded up to £30,000. He is taken i.e. kidnapped and Lucy now has to get them this £30,000 before he is returned safe n' sound. However once the UK papers, and the big newd channels are all over this, plus Jay's parent's want this 30 grand money to go looking for their darling little angel, it is decided to murder Jay, as the publicity surrounding him makes it too hot for him ever to be released. Plus this pair and their Moroccan (or possible Russian) overlords realise they aren't going to get their money, now it is in the hands of Jay's parents. . He is currently at the bottom of the ocean
