Hello. This is Joconde.
It is already cold in the morning in Korea.
I brought a moist and savory Oreo whipped cream cake recipe suitable for these days.
It is very easy to make, but also tastes great. It looks like pop Oreo cookies.
Try making a real Oreo cake.
To make Oreo Flavored Cakes,
Black cocoa powder and salt added when making Genoise are essential.
Instead of replacing it with plain cocoa powder, try using black cocoa powder.
Since it is a relatively simple process, I edited it to be longer.

70g cake flour
15g black cocoa powder (required)
1.5 g salt (required)
160g eggs (3pcs)
100g sugar
28g butter
30g milk
♥︎ Whipped Cream
390g heavy cream
60g mascarpone cheese
40g sugar
♥︎ Oreo Cream filing
310g whipped cream
33g crushed Oreo powder
♥︎ Black Cocoa Cream
180g whipped cream
5g black cocoa powder
♥︎ Syrup
80g of water
30g sugar
6g rum (Add if possible. Brandy or Kirsch is also good.)
♥︎Decoration
Some of Oreo Flavor Genoise.
Cookies or Chocolate (Binch cookies, Oreo cookies, Ferrero Rocher)
Herb leaves.

좋은 레시피 넘 감사드려요! 케이크맛집 카페에서 사온 것 같은 맛이에요!! 블랙 코코아파우더는 없어서 그냥 코코아파우더 넣어서 했는데 초코맛 진하고 맛있었어요😀 크림도 크림인데 시트가 정말 촉촉하고 소금이 조금 들어가서 그런건지 럼주를 시럽에 가미해서 그런건지 다른 레시피로 만들었던 것보다 뭔가 계속 먹게되는 감칠맛이 있는 것 같아요!!

Actually, that bowl has ice water in it. Chilling heavy cream helps to keep the cream stable. I highly recommand you to do that. 😁

I've been looking for those as well, to cut my cakes more evenly, because I have a hard time keeping my cakes even. So my husband got me wooden sticks similar in size and after cleaning and sanding them down and staining with a clear stain, we coated them with a food safe decoupage. You just have to hand wash them.
