Love the laundry room. The 1st am seeing with a laundry room, most of them laundry area huekwa nje. Kitchen is great, but would've loved if there was an inbuilt gas/electric cooker, also an area for a microwave. Anyways Iko poa. Thanks to you Edna for a great video ❤.

For 18m they should have done better. No shower cubicles, hand washing sink at the dining and the kitchen is just there. There should have been a provision for a hob given that the kitchen is not fully closed. I also agree with the person who said the dining area should have been elevated a bit or the wall to be a bit extended to demacate the dining area and the sitting area.

This is truly a lovely house. A lot has gone into the design of the house. Like the large windows bringing in natural lighting. Quality doors and fixtures. I think 18m being 4brm all ensuite considering the location also it's fair.

If there was ever a design that deserved an elevated dining area this is it(even though it's outdated) and it would fit in so perfectly without making the living area seem sunken. The lounge would be more unified if the stair railings were painted white. The neatest transition I've seen with floor tiling but I wish the kitchen got what the rest of the house did. The laundry area is the best execution I've seen of this in Kenya so far. The cabinetry is excellent, the quiet colors are everything and the balcony is the ideal size for chilling. I feel comparatively the price is higher than most similar houses but I'm guessing it has something to do with the location.

Beautiful home at the price range. Everything was on point till the owner's bathroom. Too narrow, needs space for a bathtub/jacuzzi. The bathroom fittings look cheap. I'll like cabinets under the sink. No walk -in closet. If a similar house makes these upgrades, it will be a top sale! Great presentation as usual. What are the dimensions?

The house looks good. What I do not get about developers is a Master bath without the bath? Call it a Master Shower. You spent all that and can't put a bathtub. They are as low as 14K.
