Hi can you be indicating in future if Apartments you show case are agent run or owner please. Often Agent run enjoy kicking out tenants and fixing issues is a challenge na kukuruka in 2sec once the apartments are hot they like high turnover so they make more money eating deposits...that has been my experience am sure for many...when one moves the houses may be beautiful but mng if Agent is sometimes money driven and turns hostile
