They have different tones and strengths. It is also about preference. But you cannot compare these two. That hate comment was just all lies 👎, Katrina is one of the best here in Philippines and not totally underrated (Just a bit) for she is titled "Suklay Diva" and " Asia's Songbird Supreme" ...And one of the vocal trinity (Katrina Velarde, Morissette Amon and Jona Viray) ... Also she's one of my favorites. She also has a good fandom but honestly Morissette Amon is currently rising here on Ph and soon to the whole world. Morissette has a huge fanbased, only a few are toxic and many are super supportive like me 😊 . Oh and Morissette will be premiering her latest music video on her channel. We fans and supporters are soo excited ! Also if you want to Check Morissette , try reacting to her cover of "Rise up" by Andra Day , "Never Enough" from the Greatest Showman , "Secret Love Song" by Little Mix and "Akin Ka Na Lang" all in Wish 107.5 , her videos has reached to hundreds of millions of views. The person who made the comment is a diehard Morissette fan. But Morissette showed already her unprofessionalism by running out of a concert she already was present. She might be an excellent singer but her attitude on that situation really was off putting. Katrina, on the other hand, aside from have a better voice than Morissette, is very professional and remains humble. I’m not a fan of any of these two singers but I do enjoy their performances in KZbin. But personally, I preferred Katrina over Morissette due to her professionalism and humbleness. She will be greater than Morissette one day. Mark my word.
