@@Dokdokhu yes is use full in ability draft, flame guard from ember almost have full duration, tinker matrix defense give full duration status resistence, Neutral Item Nemesis dont reduce much life effective because only affect you when mana is 0

Slardar reduce armor, Unding ult, Rexxar axe's, Shadow Demon disseminate and almost every hero give status for bonus incoming damage dont work in mana shield of medusa.
