Another underrated slasher to me is My Bloody Valentine (1981). Harry Warden, the Miner, needs more recognition; he's worthy of a reboot compared to ones that hit it perfectly in the 80s. Not a remake, like that piece of crap with Dean Winchester, but a reboot. It's one of the best Canadian horror movies I've seen.

The whole forced transition plot reminds me of the one from the Oriville where the mocklin species force all members to be male and one of the crew members is forced to do it against his wishes. I would say doing a twist like these days makes company’s paranoid about receiving outrage online even if the message made it explicitly clear said person is a victim and is no way meant to be insulting towards those type of people.

Im with the critic, i have never liked slasher horror movies. I absolutely love paranormal horror movie. Ill take an Annabelle, Conjuring or Insidious ove Halloween, Nightmare or Scream
