I second the suggestion below that you watch their MAMA 2022 performance (VENOM & MANIAC); it will blow your mind. Also, the relay dance for MANIAC is so much fun, and you get to see more of these gorgeous outfits; the dance practice and Studio Choom versions are also great for seeing the choreo clearly. Felix, by the way, had a back injury during the comeback for this so they adjusted all the live performances for him to do things he could manage. It's interesting to see how the choreo changed as he got better again recently (like at MAMA).

Skz never fail to impress in all aspects. The mvs are fresh ideas, the music is unique in itself and the performances are like nothing ever seen before. I recommend watching their MAMA 2022 performance. They performed venom and maniac and it was their best performance ever ❤

in my opinion the song is about freeing our real selves. Cos in reality, behind closed doors, away from the judgmental society, we behave totally differently than when we are around others, or than what is defined as "normal"; such as, saying things in different tones or making weird faces (or wtvr you name it), if we displayed some of these behaviors to the general public, we might be labeled as crazy or maniacs, so stray kids are encouraging us to let go of that peer pressure or care about what ppl might think of us and just go straight up maniac mode, bcs as they say in the song, the covers that we have on are going to be uncovered sooner or later, so we might as well just live our lives to the fullest without caring that much.
