What you want to do is try and not flick in the corners you want to make them smooth and direct, not flicking

Levels out, although when you are in the williams you are in the last pitbox so you dont get held in the pits whereas in the merc you can get held up

He's using all the assists in the game. Automatic gearbox, brake assistance on full which means the game brakes for him, and full traction control. He's just spamming the accelerator and the brake assist and traction control are preventing him from spinning out. He's not really doing anything other than steering.

Or at least turn off the assists and play it the right way. He's just accelerating and steering. He has auto braking on and is just following the racing line. Anyone can do this, and the fact that he's coming in P1 in some races means the rest of the drivers in the lobby are absolute shit.
