Heavy metals almost killed me. I became so malnourished that I could barely leave my bed. I had auditory hallucinations and felt something watching me from the corner of the room. Don't just watch these things without fact checking, because often many things that they say that seem "highly likable" are just pure non-sense. I've just sifted thru Donahue's videos since the April 2024 eclipse. I can't believe he comes from the same upbringing as my own boyhood and he likened it to Th3 Shining. Because BEFORE Christ sacrificed Himself for mankind people were living by the Law and needed forgiveness by a Priest . Or in False religions had to “work” their way by good deeds to forgiveness. Well as we know NO-ONE can live in perfect harmony w the law. Priest are human and sin. The beauty of what Christ did was shed his blood as a once and for all sacrifice for us so when we sin we have the right to stand before our Holy Father and ask for forgiveness. And those that accept the gift of Yeshua Jesus are then viewed as spotless before God. So we Christian’s now live by GRACE NOT THE LAW. We don’t need any other sinful human to go atone for our sins. Our heaven ly Father is loving yes but another part of his character is Justice and he cannot look upon sin or sinful nature. This plan was put together since the beginning of time, Jesus Christ sacrifice was a gift to freely accept or not. You can live by grace and forgiveness and harmony with your creator or you can live under the old law where you can never be good enough and never be perfect to earn your way to stand righteous before God. The Jews still live under the law, most religions, you live under a law where you are trying to work your way somewhere, but the only way to be perfect before God is to accept the gift and the sacrificed blood of Jesus Christ.

There is truth in this, but is such a trivial part. Jesus never talked about body parts as much as he said to keep his words. For they are apirit and life. The literal kindom of heaven is with us and we are actually sitting with Christ in heavenly places if we accept his sacrifice. Jesus overcame the body so we didnt have to. The more you focus on trivialities, the more you take away the love and relationship we have with God. Paul and the disciples moved in such a higher spiritual filling than we do. During this time your base chak needs to be as active as possible to push upwards to clear off the debris of negetive energy from you and this involves eating fresh food, foods that can stimulate circulation reducing foods that cant constipate such as red meats or heavy refined carbs like bread and rice. Im not saying stop eating them im just saying reduce it as much as possible while increasing intake of easily assimilated foods like lentils and beans. Theres an Indian food called dhal, get the recipe and eat lots of it during this time while being active and drinking enough water. During this time you need to stay of social media, and acitivities that create stagnation. So you want to maybe read a self help book during this time and also meditate aswell if you cant meditate just make time for a little mental relaxation at the end of the day so you wind down easier also dont eat heavy meals at night. you could even do a colon cleanse during this time (use a senna tea) or other laxative. Trust in and believe in yourself and you will see the difference after about 2 weeks.
