What if the last one is in the mountains. I know it sounds stupid but look. The volcano and Wild West are two lines away from each other on the teleport menu. They could mean wind and fire. Then the ski resort or thing with the ski event could resemble ice since it’s in between on the left. Then the last one could be the arrow to the right which could be mountains which would resemble earth

LCLC maybe you should check around areas 47 - 51 cuz when we go in the cat's direction we can see the arrow in that house in the desert, and when we go further it actually lands in the next arrow which is area 43 so I think if we go FURTHER we could have the 3rd arrow and if I'm correct it must be in area 47 - 51.
