I would’ve loved a pop of color just as much as a neutral, but when my SA called me to talk about my preferences in more detail, she told me our boutique mainly gets neutrals, so colors are hard to come by. But then I figured this actually kind of works out well for me, bc colorful bags tend to be a bit cheaper on the preloved market (and neutrals are crazy expensive), so in the future I can get colorful ones preloved, and neutral ones from the store ☺️ And so glad you’re down to yap 🥰💛!

Glad to see so many from our location got QBs at the end of this year 😊😊 A tip for Epsom - store with the sangles hooked onto the turn lock bc they tend to droop over time. I love Rouge H and Rouge Sellier as well . I'm 2 years into the journey in Australia and keep oscillating between wanting to quit and go reseller route and getting sucked back in by the store experience. It is a bit toxic but addictive. I still don't have my top wishlist bags but am being tempted with a special order, so on we go 🙂 My SA did tell me that the fact that i bought RTW made his case to the store manager for my bag stronger. I guess they have targets in all the metiers and a lot of people don't want to buy the clothes because they are not felt as good investments as jewellery or scarves etc. Adding Etoupe to my endless wishlist!

Congrats Lily❤. It’s the leather jacket that did it😊. Seems like all H boutiques in the US got handbags delivered this past Friday to give out for the holidays. Went to see my SA today to give her a holiday gift and purchased a few items for Xmas gifts. Ended up taking a c18 in a beautiful color called vert fonce with perma brass. With your good relationship with your SA, your 2nd quota bag will be quicker if you are willing to purchase 1 expensive item such as a fine jewelry piece plus some other small purchases. Don’t buy it too soon, buy it six months down the road. One advice that I can give is to never return whatever you buy ( even though it will be a store credit). I’m so thankful to have a very, very nice SA. She has been working at the same H boutique for more than 15 yrs. Enjoy your K25 and happy holidays to you and your family. 🎉

Congratulations ❤ on your first quota bag. I spend 2.5 plus ratio 1 on my Birkin 30 in Chevre leather. But i did those 2.5 ratios in 15 months from March 2023 to June 2024. I hear it is much easier after your first quota. My new SA said it will be easier for the next one after the first quota cause u are already a loyal customer cause you still shop after the first quota. 😊

Thanks for bringing up the tidbit about "cheating" on your SA! I also shop at the SF boutique as my main.. but I have lost count of my spend at this point, still no QB! But I really do like my SA. I was in Hawaii recently and the SA there actually saw my profile and suggested that my husband create an account for the purchases we made there so it wouldn't "hurt" my chances for QB in SF! Not sure if it was a significant enough purchase perhaps (constance to go, pegasus and a pair of orans). LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! So glad you're back!

The clouchette will not damage your bag. Who told you that lie???? Now the swinging lock can scrape the leather over time, leaving a "smile"... However even the clouchette is super annoying on a Kelly. I don't use mine because they get in the way. xoxoxoxo

At the end of the day with prespend you probably did spend around 20-30 k for your bag. Nonetheless, I don't buy on the resale market just because 1/ part of what I enjoy in luxury shopping is the in store experience 2/ fraud/counterfeits are getting too good.
