They debuted almost 5 years ago and are the best selling kpop group that's not from one of the Big 4 companies (over 1.5 million album sales in these past 2 weeks, #2 on Billboard 200, the only bg apart from BTS to reach the UK Top Ten). Not all their MVs are like that, they only have been able to afford this kind of budget in the last couple of years, since they come from a tiny company they were the only active group in till earlier this year when their little bros Xikers debuted. But I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy The Real, Don't Stop, Guerrilla, Halazia as well as the earlier ones even if they aren't as flashy :)

Ateez is the first group made by KQ entertainment 5 years ago. KQ used to be broke, unknown company with 10 employees in the beginning but because of Ateez they now have a round 100 employees and Atz are the best selling group not from any big or medium company. I like Ateez music video because they are cinematic. They also have had a complex storyline since the beginning that was all planned pre debut. Many don't care about it but it is impossible to not notice it because their lore is everywhere: mvs, stages, lyrics, posts on social media, promotions, teasers, photo books in the albums, concerts, and other things I forgot to add. A lot of their music is planned far ahead, sometimes years, so they usually tease a future song at the end of their music videos. Their concept is pirates but I'd say it's not literal sometimes because of their lore so I'd say it's also freedom seekers, both physically and mentally in the story. They are most known for their noise music. (In kpop they are not talking about the actual genre from the 60's, "Noise music" in kpop is label made by fans that can be given to describe any group who don't sound mainstream poppy or "catchy" despite not being from the same genre, especially to 4th gen boy groups. Which is misleading.) But they definitely have "softer", less "agressive" songs like Wave, Illusion, Promise, Star1117, Be With You, Turbulence, Still Here, Eternal Sunshine and many other songs. You should definitely react to them more they are my favorite group and have the best performances you can ever see, ateez are so different from any kpop group you've seen before, thier story line is super interesting and fun +every music video of them is conected to their story line Ateez have one the best bsides in kpop and thier bsides can easily be title tracks for other groups, let me tell you this album made ateez enter the uk top #10 albums chart making them the only group from the 4th generation and the second kpop boy group in history to enter this chart after bts, also ateez are a great dancers to the point a lot of dance experts in kpop says that the worst dancer in ateez can easily be the main dancer in other groups which insane. You definitely should react to them more in my opinion they are the future of kpop

There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing someone who has no clue who Ateez is watch one of their MV for the first time because it is a fresh take on them. They are more aggressive style wise than many other k-pop groups and their musical style is constantly evolving so it is hard to put them in a "box". I think you would enjoy Halazia (yes it is a made up word and no you don't need to know what it means to enjoy the MV) and Guerilla. Both are very cinematic. They have an story line that their music and videos fit into, but all you really need to know about it is that they are working against an authoritarian government that has banned emotion and the things that make you feel emotion. BTW, shout out to your editor who did a really good job with your video.

Thanks for reacting to ATEEZ! Their name stands for A to Z, as in they have it all. If you continue to check out their music, you'll find they do a lot of different styles. Besides hype music, they're probably best known for their songs that can be described as anthemic like Wonderland and Answer. I recommend Guerrilla and Halazia next since they're from the same part of the story as Bouncy.

they debuted in 2018 so they're not new. Also wow yall are one of the few reactors who don't know ateez who actually pronounced their name right! (most pronounce it as 'ah-tease' lol but yeah it's 'aye-tease'). You mentioned live performances and bc it's ateez, I can't not recommend watching their performances, they're known as one of the best performance groups (and individual performers, some more than others tho) in kpop! I saw them in concert earlier this year so I can confirm this hehe. Their discography is amazing but here's some of their songs I recommend: Wonderland, Fireworks (I'm The One), Deja Vu, The Real, Halazia, Hala Hala, Pirate King (their debut song), Say My Name, Thanxx. Yessss Ateez are sooo very talented. Watch lives, they are amazing on stage/in concert. HALAZIA, Cyberpunk, there is also a show.. KINGDOM that they did extraordinary on! Seeing them live and watching Kingdom made me love them more!

Theyre not a new group, they're Abt 5 years old and are known as one of the best and most talented groups! Also one of the best selling. They are from a small company though unlike bts, BP, and others, so you'll prob hear less about them, as they aren't promoted as much and are sometimes even censored out of the media. They're amazing though. Their video quality gets better and better but their older ones are low budget as they didn't have much money back then :) I rec checking out guerrilla and Halazia :)

Hell yeah! Thanks for checking Ateez out, fellas. They never dissapoint. I'm lucky to say I've been a fan for 5 years since debut. I just knew they were on the way to something big. Was also blessed to see them live in concert 2x last year. Jan '22 & Nov '22. Live performance is what they live for.
