I'd like to share my process of healing, if anyone needs. 0) meditation avoiding victimize myself. 1) detachment 2) remove the intentions of his actions towards me, put them in doubt => "he didn't mean to hurt me" 3) choose self-compassion over hate , write the pain, and cry the anger. 4) transmute every chaotic emotions into self-love, acceptance, self-forgiveness, self-compassion, let go 5) work on my own traumas ( rejection, humiliation, abandonment ) with shadow work, work hard 6) practice daily self-love and gratitude also meditation a lot 7) Face fears with your new-self. => gain confidence / attitude 8) practice communication skills => learn to say "NO" Thanks for the reading hugs, love and care !! , love is the most powerful source of light that a human being can gift to another being, starting by yourself. =)), we all deserve it, regardless their past actions

I know, he felt like I was taking advantage of him. But he simply does not understand what it's like to have the sickness of an addiction for one and for 2. He was not seeing all of the good things that I was doing taking care of him. Taking care of his children. taking care of the house. going shopping etc . etc . I've healed! OMG, this just showed up while I was watching a movie on KZbin. And this is totally the truth. I’ve really think this is a higher power, letting me know that I’m on the right path. This completely describe my ex.. like you got everything right about our relationship and me feeling lonely. His close circle helped me get away. He’ll never know what they really think of him. He was a bully, but he hid it well and didn’t show it until I moved into his house. He lived with me in my house for a year, but changed rapidly when he had me where he wanted me. He’s a horror and I’m free of him. TY keeley ❤

Totally spot on keeley, i kept thinking it was me!!! Done some research and realised she was a narcissist, covert at that, the shit hit the fan at the end of January and I've been staying with friends and family since as she has falsely accused me of domestic abuse and trying to keep my home through a civil divorce case, 14 years (5 married) i put up with the manipulation and gaslighting, the last 2 years, every 4 months was a major fallout, the last straw was when she blew a gasket and punched me in the mouth, my response was we are now finished, 40 mins later i was arrested for trying to strangle her which never happened and I've been recovering ever since, still can't believe how much I put up with and still fighting to keep my home that she's living in rent free as I'm still paying the rent. I forgive her but can't forget what she's done to me, l believe in karma and have this to say 'linda, you have sown an awful lot and wish you all the best when she comes a knocking, you'll need it'. Oh yes! Still mess me, after still seeing 3rd party, and delusional in thinking I've cheated on him, haven't done anything, but I'm not with him anymore.
