Downtown Newberg, Oregon 2020 4k Walking Tour

Walking around Downtown Newberg, Oregon in Yamhill County. Newberg is a college town home to George Fox University (Not shown). With the population of the city being around 22,000 there is a small town feel to it and while traveling between cities there is alot of farmland.
Newberg is about 21 miles from Downtown Portland. This was taken on June 16 at about 1PM and also during Phase 1 of reopening in Yamhill County.

Love your videos. Very insightful for someone who is trying to exit the room-mate life and get their own place in one of these smaller cities. I live just outside of Seattle and it is TOO freakin' expensive. Hoping to see a walk of Ashland, Oregon at some point ;) Thanks for all the great content!
