Love your videos. Very insightful for someone who is trying to exit the room-mate life and get their own place in one of these smaller cities. I live just outside of Seattle and it is TOO freakin' expensive. Hoping to see a walk of Ashland, Oregon at some point ;) Thanks for all the great content!

I visit Seattle. With the lockdown it makes it a bit hard to travel and now with the protesting I'm gonna wait before returning
