Actually, you are not allowed to open a hair dressing salon in Germany without ample expert knowledge that you even have to give evidence of in very tough state exams! It is beyond me how it can happen with such carelessness in the U.S. Also, to those doing the headlines on this channel: it should either read "The most filthy salon ever" or alternatively "The filthiest salon ever". Not both thrown together!
