@@brolytriplethreat She's the balance between Vox and Valentino. She has Valentinos emotional impulsiveness yet also has Vox's (except when it comes to Alastor) analytical and pragmatic side. Instead of playing it safe or being mostly a "piss baby" her strategy seems high risk high reward depending on how the person reacts (With Zestial being ancient and probably seeing tactics like this used before remaining patient and not letting his emotions get the better if him, while Carmilla who was already on edge due to being the murderer falling straight into her trap)

Lilith is the only exception (her and Lucifer had Charlie), but that’s only because she never technically died, she just got straight up banished to Hell with Lucifer. So Carmilla had them when she was alive, and when they died, they too went to Hell with her. We haven’t seen them yet, but Angel also has family in Hell btw. They were all a mafia family on Earth. They’re all spider themed

At some point, I got the feeling that the confrontation between Carmila and Velvet reflects not only the conflict of generations (old versus new) but also the conflict between parents and children. In particular, in their song, Carmila chastises Velvet as a strict mother to a rebellious daughter. In any case, something like that slips between them. There is a feeling that Carmila will now say: “Go to your room, young lady!”)) And in the moments when they are shown together in the frame, their (family?) resemblance becomes visible. It’s unclear whether she’s an angel or a sinner. If she is an angel, I think only Charlie and Lucifer know. It would explain why she’s with Charlie, an angel contracted under Lucifer’s service. Not to mention the one angel character who hasn’t shown up yet, Sera. She and Vaggie look very similar, so there might be a connection. But before Hazbin was made into an animation, I think Vaggie was a sinner… maybe I’m forgetting what she was in the old comics.

Yeah, the sinners become demons according to their life and how they died. The hellborn demons can move to any ring of hell but the sinner only reside in the ring of Pride. The hellborn show up more in the sister show Helluva Boss, where you can see all the other kinds of hellborn demons and the mix between them.

The Velvet and Carmilla song was excellent in that it portrayed "Old ways vs. New ways". Both of them make very strong points. Velvet (most likely being the newest addition to the Overlords, shows the strength of youth) is ambitious and confident but lacks experience along with caution. Carmilla (more than likely one of the older Overlords, behind Zestial, shows the strength of age) is experienced and wise but seems to be trapped in tradition. Personally, id take a more middle of the road approach to hearing the news. Id gather as much intelligence as i could while also stockpiling and making weapons as a precaution. Now we the viewers know that Adam and his cohorts plan to come back and completely lay waste to hell, so Velvet is correct in the sense that they should act, however i dont think it should be an offensive (attack). An act of aggression could very well prompt more support from heaven to Adam's goal. A defensive/defiant approach may be the better move (unless of course Charlie's hotel becomes extremely successful but it would be best to be prepared regardless)

I like the idea that Alaistor and Lilith are working either together or at cross purposes. Like, based on the prologue Charlie told us, Lilith wouldn't be happy with this complacency of the demons and generally everything I remember od Aleistor in myth is he usually is the devil on Lucifer's shoulder. So if Lucifer is kind of lost and despndent and a figurehead, you could see the other two teaming up for something and that Aleistor's return is to protect Charlie but also because it would be far less publicly. And its why he really has only reacted to Vox because that would get info out faster and Velvette wouldn't be interested.

My personal theory is that Lillith wants to run a coup on both Heaven and Hell and Alastor is one of her partners/recruits. The problem is that there's a lot of factions already and as Camilla fears, a war will just kill a lot of people. I don't think Lillith cares about that, but she's placed Alastor with her daughter to protect her and/or to monitor and manipulate her. Charlie's going to have to put on her big girl pants and form her own faction of peace-seeking demons and angels. She's gonna have to flex some of her power over the other factions too. She won't be taken seriously until she pulls her head out of her Disney Princess butt and grows up a little.

I have CRAZY theories… …firstly; was Vaggie a PIRATE!? I only say…the eyepatch would be a ridiculously cheeky joke if that’s the case. It's a comedy full of philosophy, that explores the idea of the afterlife. There is a prevailing theory that Vaggie might have been an angel exterminator, due to the fact that she has an Angel spear and one of her eyes is an X like most of the Angels have. That would also explain her militaristic approach, since it seems the Army of heavin is, well an Army. maybe she was a commanding officer, which would explain how she is simultaniously commanding and prone to very exact following of orders, only seeing her use as utilitarian.

I still think that theory is very far fetched. We saw Carmilla's daughters test out an angel spear at the beginning of the pilot too and we know Carmilla sells weapons made of left behind angel weapons.
