Honestly, Death Battle math is quite solid, and anything they gave the series Invincible was also given to Bardock via scaling him to King Vegeta. What DB is implying is those Smart Atoms really are as broken as anything that Comics can give their characters. Omni Man could adapt, gain immense durability, and rise to new levels of power to match stronger opponents. In comparison, Bardock needs to clench and burn his Ki to generate power. Omni Man simply... stands and exists while his atoms ignore or negate anything else. It is even shown in the comics that Reality Warping, such as what Atom Eve can do, can not touch Smart Atoms. The only way Eve was even able to hurt a Viltrumite was to make a shield made purely out of Smart Atoms, which splat every Viltrumites it touched.
