I actually agree with this. Omni man has three things going for him. Experience, strength, and speed. But only the first one out classes Goku just by sheer size. Otherwise Goku sweeps the floor with him. He has more power-ups, more range abilities, he's a better technical fighter, and has better feats to his name. We may look at Omni mans destruction of viltrum as amazing, but don't forget that he had help with that feat, and even in the early days of DBZ going back to the namek saga, we see individuals like Vegeta and Frieza destroy planets with ease on their own. It has been many decades in the continuity since then and Goku has increased in power several thousands of times.
