All it really takes is just one Hulk or even Thor to defeat Omni-Man. Hawkeye and Black Widow getting destroyed makes sense, they have no powers or even any good armor, just standard human durability. Iron Man gets a fighting chance depending on which suit he uses. There are over one hundred Iron Man suits throughout the movies and comics, he has one that can reach absolute insane speeds, another suit made to beat Thor in a fight, and various others. Thor doesn't even need to be powerscaled here. He doesn't even need Mjolnir to generate electricity, and his strength- but he's still the second strongest Avenger. The Hulk has gotten out of being pinned to the ground by Mjolnir, not out of lifting it because he's worthy, but because he stood up and made a gaping hole through his own body. In World War Hulk, he goes toe to toe with Sentry, kills a Leviathan with one punch in The Avengers ( 2012 ), and has a healing factor stronger than Wolverine's. Hulk has been nearly cut to pieces and pulled himself together- he did not regenerate from a single piece, but literally pulled them all back together. Oh, and Captain America. I don't have too much comic knowledge of him other than he's basically on permanent steroids turned up to 10. However, vibranium ( what his shield is MADE of ) absorbs impacts and vibrations, literally only being destroyed at the hands of Thanos ( when he had the Infinity Stones ). If the Avengers ALL came at Omni-Man together rather than one at a time, they would win. Even just sending Hulk out would result in victory. Also, Spider-Man has punched Hulk into SPACE before, and also hit Scorpion so hard his jaw straight up came off, so he would definitely have a chance against Omni-Man if he were in this fight.

The fact iron mans armor even in the first avengers movie tanked hits from thors hammer shows more than enough even early iron man can go toe-to-toe against omni man. Considering unlike omni man thors hammer was able to shake the ice planet of the frost giants in the first thor movie. Putting into perspective a armor that tanked hits from a weapon that can shake a planet is crazy compared to even what nolan can do
