From a baseline perspective, I highly doubt it. Once you are fully committed to a platform’s TOS and are aware of the implications or consequences for rule-breaking, you should ensure that your actions align with their guidelines. PayPal can choose which products and services to offer on their platform and are not obligated to prioritize profitability for every product or service they support. In context of Belle’s product (bath water), branding, and marketing, they are against adult content or the sale of explicit material or services. It is laughable and pathetic that she could try to discredit a corporation that gave her a platform to promote her ‘business’ and lose money in the process for not adhering to TOS. It was a bad idea from the start.
