How can you increase stats like more speed or crit rate if not having the crit synergy team

From my understanding then, accuracy is like hit chance, dodge is evasion chance, control is effectiveness (like how likely the percentage chance on the skill will land, and control eff is the resistance to control. Does this mean there is a innate 15% chance for a debuff to not land like lots of other gachas

advanced summons has a low chance, oracle summons and demon summons (this one is paid) are your best chances

From my experience just spend cash to get the best heroes on dup's and then these stats mean nothing. There are no tactics, just spend more...
