I just got Dahlia but no idea how to get her to 8 stars with F2P... should I opt for other new characters like Ophelia, Narissa or Audrey from the shop? Or maybe build up Astrid, Catherine, Talos, Dullahan, Mulan and Elmer? They are all 7 stars. Plus, how the hell do I get the spear relic?

She'll be out in the shop next season. I'd say get Astrid to 8* Spear you can get through the fortune tower event
