29:13 Those men back in the day were getting light sentences so it was easier to be "honorable" and do your time "like a man". If they were getting 25 year or life sentences back then, I'd like to see how "honorable" they would've been. Nobody wants to go to jail for more than 8-10 yrs max. Very easy for these "old school" tough guys to go to jail when they're only going for a few yrs and it's easy time. Not solitary confinement for 23 hrs a day.

However they live now is based on the $1.5k per month that the government allows as a stipend, plus whatever they earn in their new life. If the wife worked a legit job, she likely kept her assets, but his are gone.

Just my opinion here. What I see are men living extremely well now. Plus now they're protected.
