I believe I know what the 90s ads are for. They either mean: 1. The game is set in the 90s 2. In your frame by frame video, you mentioned a woman like figure on the static before the tapes. The woman on the thumbnail of the third and with the orange hair perhaps may be the woman that is unedited. What I'm also saying frames from the other ads may be part of the static as well. Hope this helps in some way :)

Unfortunately, there's no secret ending. The only secret is the "lamb" one. He dug through the files of the game, he would have said something if there was anymore secrets hinted at in there.
