Omnitrack Service Kits for Ball Transfer Units

I would love to use these on my office chair. When regular casters change direction they often drag causing difficulty moving. A single ball caster with load directly on top that can roll in any direction would seem to be the ideal replacement.

do you have any kind of spring load ball transfer with a limited deflection? i need the ball(part of it) out of its housing even with máximum load applied
