Thanks for the video. If you remove the wheel afterwards fi for replacing inner tube, does it require loosening en refastening the rocker dropouts, or can you removing without adjusting the rockers (and still be assured of correct belt tension)? Thanks!

Thanks for the video ! is there an adapter for the Omnium WiFi frames to put belts on or should I go to a pro frame builder and make it cut ?

Maybe have a look at Veer belt split, might be what you are looking for. Supporting a framebuilder is obviously cool too!
