I'm crying because of the fact that when Kel Aubrey and Hero were asked about how they dealt with the realization of the truth, the guys talked about their experience and Kel talked about how he tried to support them. It's really sad that he didn't say anything about himself and his thoughts are only aimed at others

I also noticed that and was super sad but it only foes to show that they nailed his characterization. Even in the original game we barely get insight on how Kel dealt with things after Mari’s death, even in the famous the graveyard scene, he talks about Hero, not himself, and at the slight moment he describes something bad happening to him, he brushes it off.
