Did you notice that Sunny's mummy costume covers his left eye? You can see that it is the same eye that Sunny was affected by Basil, and was bandaged as in the costume. I think this was on purpose, Sunny having her eye covered and Basil being "angel"

Everyone here is crying because of the characters, but what worries me much more is the fact it can happen to anybody. You can go on with your happy life, growing up with your friends and family, and then something happens and tears all of you apart. Actually makes me scared to live, knowing at some point I'll occure loss

Random stranger here but... I think that's kind of the point of the game? In the sense that YES beautiful and happy moments will pass and sometimes even be broken... But if we don't keep on living? Enduring? Enjoying life? We will get stuck with just that... Memories. Everyone cries (more or less) over DUET for what was lost. But I also wanna believe... It's proof that life was good and it can't continue to be, never the same obviously but still good.

At the duet it broke me. All these photos they were hanging out, having fun, not knowing what was going to happen. On Christmas, they were sitting together happily by the fire, glad Sunny enjoys his new violin. Things were great and were looking up. They were gonna have a recital. They didn't take things for granted, they appreciated it a lot, but I could imagine that Mari's death affected them more than they thought.
