Omotoso testifies in rape trial

Rape accused Pastor, Timothy Omotoso, has taken a stand in the Gqeberha High Court in the Eastern Cape. He is the first witness to be called by the defence team. Omotoso and his co-accused Zukiswa Sitho and Lusanda Solani are facing a string of charges including racketeering, trafficking in persons for sexual purposes, rape, and sexual assault.

Men are not safe in South Africa!It’s very interesting how people can twist what a person said because of hate. Rev Omotoso never said he read songs of Songs. As a country and our judiciary we need to all respect the rule of law. Read facts and establish the truth. When state prosecutor is removed from the case because he told witnesses to lie in court, everyone ignored that, when the presiding judge was living with the complainants in his house during the trial you put a blind eye too( thats the justice SA wants until it happens to your relative, when state witnesses kept changing versions of what happened during cross examinations, you all still ignored it because your justice is based on hearing one side of the story and making a conclusion. Nobody is asking why mire thsn three prosecutors have been recusing themselves from this case, why are they running away and not helping the complainants. If the NPA had a case this case could have been concluded three years ago. The whole trial was just illegal and never followed any principles of law. This is a media trial by public opinion, no evidence, distorted media reporting to i fluence the public, contradictory statements, corrupt prosecutors and xenophobic public
