With going back to work now (yes, I know it's only 2 days) I wanted to wait so I could enjoy this start to finish without stopping and starting. What a stunning winters setting, although, the bogs a bit grim mind. Looked brilliant hiking and a steady pace is the perfect one to fully take in the splendour of the surroundings. Long Chimney looked a challenge mind and a tad more of a challenge than the one you did with Josh but wow, those views! Loved the little Summit or Nothing logo moving up the peak on the map, very effective. Real pleased you got the weather to match the views at the top, especially to do the highest ever shout out. I always find the coming down real difficult, especially after the high of the summit and a very treacherous, rocky decent. Pleased I waited now and got a full watching in, superb adventure! Fantastic hike/scramble, though especially the steep bits look rather daunting. I guess you 'ease into it', might be more difficult if you start on such a climb right out of the car. Good for you for daring do this and showing it to us!

Yea I guess we walked towards the gully for so long that we mentally prepared for it. Was a bit dicey in places but the relief along with the views once up top made it all the more memorable. Thanks for joining us!

The dog is a romanian breed called Ciobănesc Mioritic, or Romanian Mioritic Shepherd Dog. We just call it Mioritic.

Didn't really feel much up there to be honest, perhaps a bit breathless but that could have been the fact that we'd just climbed all that way. The cabanas did serve food, hot soups and mulled wine, that kind of thing. You will get to see some of that in the next videos... Thanks for watching, George.
