Now imagine: The suspected buyer was sengendo/ ssebagala.. ffumbe clan The seller from whom sengendo/ssebagala bought was same clan. From faruks interview to the wife, they are brothers. From the court at divorce, the share was 30% for both husband and wife. The suspected thief stole only 30% of the property which belonged to the husband. He says His documents were returned to him after using them to "steal" his property, kati olwo abaali bagala okumutwala ebutabika baali babivuddeko?

@mutebifred7154 ssebagala is not the brother. They just have the same clan but no relation at all. The bapangisa should come with evidence of buying that property. There was a court order in place that is why they did not go to the wife because she was sober. They used someone who was not mentally well at all at the time. If they were genuine because these were family friends to the couple then they would not have missed the wife in the transaction. How did they decide which part of the house was 30% then move in to the whole house claiming they are in the man's 30%. Can't you see it is all a scam.
