Being an indian girl I'm so proud of you but for the beginners I would not recommend to use c fold you should use punch down fold before that you need to relax calm yourself thn the verginal muscles will relax thn squat down and insert after inserting you would not feel a thing I'm 17 and I am using mensural cup it's super comfortable to go with it 😉👍🏻

@@khushbooarora1653 If you're a beginner I highly suggest the use of lubricant and try the Labia fold as it is smaller in diameter and will be easy for u to get it in. Try it in a squatting down position and make sure to keep calm n breathe just to relax ur body and muscles. It's kinda hard to get it right in the very first time but u might get it right after a few trys.

I tried the same cup today. It was uncomfortable for me as well but not painful. I'm a virgin and had been using tampons for past 2 years. But today I tried using cups even though it was a dry day. I didn't hear any popping sound or smth and i don't even know if i had inserted the cup correctly or not. I just need for my periods to start to see the results. I just hope for the best. For the first timers it'll be uncomfortable a lot. I just hope I succeed in using cups.

@@kumaripooja1157 no it's not hard to remove cups and it can never get lost down there. Don't worry. Just pinch the base of the cup and pull it out gently. Removal is way easier than insertion.

@@yashvi4898 it might happen if you haven't inserted it deep enough. Just remember that the deeper the better. It might also feel uncomfy if the tampon is dry. But basically it did feel a little uncomfortable to me too at the first and when I started inserting it deep then it didn't bother me at all after that. Just make sure to push it with your finger as far as possible.

Don't stand while insertion, first sit then fold it as much u can smallest . First insert ur finger and make space there then Push it up. While removing pull tail a little and then hold it from base help of 2 finger then pull it. I am using it and it's really comfortable u will seriously forget about it. When I first tried tampon, it was way too tough, cuz I was too dry, hence the cotton caused too much friction and hence pain, one solution is to make sure u r completely bleeding so its easy to insert the tampon. Understanding ur fears but if u can do give it a try.

Hats off girl for making this video... wonderful initiative...I just now got on period and I also used cup for first time. I havent sterilized it bcoz I removed directly from packing... I didn't struggle much..in first insert the cup didn't open i removed and reinsert it... The best position is squat to insert it... I kept little stem outside don't know if that's right or wrong While coughing I feel the cup..rest all is fine... I used tampon long back and it was the most uneasy thing for me... This is honest experience 👍🏻 Even I used cup yesterday for the first tym and it was super easy to insert.. It was inserted in just one go.. For removal I had to try 2-3 times but I was not nervous at all.. Cause I knew it will only make things difficult. Firstly Hat's off to you, Learning by Aarti for making this video❤️ it requires a lot of courage in the society we live in. And seeing the comment section made me happy to see a lot of people sharing their experience and appreciating. Our education system isn't helping much to educate students on Menstruation and everything that follows after. So many people ate learning from KZbin thanks to people like you👏 And from my experience, as someone who has been using Synthetic pads for 13 years bearing with rashes and suffered infection and its after effects for a year. There weren't many alternatives back then. Even after coming across a alternative we fear using it. I bought a menstrual cup(m) not knowing how to use and that it came in diff sizes acc to age group. And yes 1st try was a lot painful and followed discomfort. Last week, 10 months after the 1st try thought of giving it a try again. Glad I did. Apart from the pain part happy about using a menstrual cup. No rashes, No leakage & stains, No discomfort while walking and Easy on Budget. One time purchase can be used for long period unlike pads. And I'm never going back to pads ever again. **Punch down method of using Menstrual cup is a bit easy for beginners, just make sure it pops after inserted.**

Even i had similar experience it was painful for the first time it still does hurt me whenever i try to insert. I juat wet the area and cup with water for easier insertion you should try wetting the area and then try it.

You can tie a thin thread to it's tail. Trust me it's very easy to remove it later.
