Life hasn’t always been gentle with me. I faced social phobia, depression, and physical challenges that weighed heavily on my spirit. For years, I saw myself as broken, isolated, and defined by anxiety.
But everything changed in my early forties. I uncovered a profound truth: beneath the pain was a naturally joyous, optimistic, and loving person waiting to be set free.
