Congrats again to Fred for quitting smoking! That is a REAL accomplishment. He should be very proud. And it's much healthier for the whole family too. The dogs look like they are enjoying France just as much as you all are. Chou is getting cuter every day. I love how she still needs to sleep on LL or CC, even in that hot French weather. Hi, ja mijn stem gaat de goede kant op. Helaas voel ik me nog niet goed en heb steeds flinke hoestaanvallen. Vooral in de nacht. Een paar keer sloeg mijn keel dicht en kon geen lucht meer krijgen dus dat was wel eng. Ik ben bij de dokter geweest en heb een strottenhoofd ontsteking en verdikte schildklier ( daar moet ik in Nederland naar laten kijken ) en voor de rest heb ik een berg medicijnen om te nemen. Ik hoop dat het gaat helpen. Chouchou en Loulou hebben echt een leuke band. Met Coco en Chouchou moet het nog komen. Coco was klaar met de puppy’s en nu moet ze even wennen dat Chouchou blijft maar dat komt wel. Ja klopt Delhaze heeft goede producten, ook wat apartere dingetjes. Met Mimi gaat het heel goed, ze krijgt de hele dag aandacht en is heel blij met de mensen in ons huis. Zo leuk ik krijg steeds foto’s. Wij gaan de rivier in om af te koelen ( 38 graden nu). Fijne dag 😘.

Im trying to give up drinking too much. Idk if thats comparable the first week or two were really hard. I still slip up once in a while but i keep trying. Booze and cigs are expensive and bad for us, two good reasons to quit.

Congrats to Fred on quiting smoking. I smoked for over 20 years - 2 packs a day. Took me 3 tries to quit. ( cold turkey, medication and hypnotherapy). It was the hardest thing to do in my life ! Nicotine is as addicting as heroin.........But glad I quit. I'm 71 yrs old and quiting has helped me LIVE A LONGER LIFE........Hang in there Fred !

Yes, we are so happy with her. Really the right choice. The other puppies are of course also wonderful, but they are a lot busier. Chouchou is really the easiest puppy I know. Maybe it's because of the heat 😂😂 so we'll really see when we're back in the Netherlands. ❤️

That river is exceptional. I've gone swimming in many and 90% of them aren't that perfect😊. Leave it up to Belgium to craft a great beer and a great wife to find it😉. Yes he was very surprised. I also brought the red one from Chimay so I'm curious if he likes it too. Unfortunately my throat feels not better and the coughing has gotten worse, but I went to the doctor here and have a lot of medicine. I hope they work.

@@Loulou_Friends in chronic conditions that have been left without treatment for long, there's a chance that they might get a little worse during the beginning of the treatment before they start to actually get better. That's just the way the human body is trying to cope with the new conditions it's been put under (the medicine that's taking care of the problem). Have patience and plenty of rest ❤️ I once had coughing for almost two months, went to a pneumologist and he found a little bit of liquid in the bottom of my lungs. Best is that I hadn't been sick with cold for a long time (there was no covid back then). He told me that stress can make an almost asymptomatic cold to turn into a lasting cough. He also prescribed me an inhaler that I had to take under a full month. I haven't had any problems ever since! Sending hugs and healing vibes 🤗❤️

Fred is a chunky man and heavy set which is a complement. His body is clearly made for heavy and strong work, look at his hands. He does have a slightly healthier glow now that he’s given up smoking or might be the sun. I’m sure his healthy decisions and both your healthy food is testament to you as female making him the he healthier decision and wise Fred knowing it’s the best decision. Oh, how I enjoyed every cigarette 🚬 That first one with coffee ☕️ After a good meal 🍽️ Driving…. 🚘 By a campfire 🏕️ With a nice Whiskey 🥃 🤤💭 I smoked a pack of “Nat Sherman’s” a day for 28 years. At $9.00 a pack. 💰 $ 91,980.00 😳 I am so happy that I quit and I would never go back to it. 🙂 Although, I will always remember it fondly. 💕✨

Fred, a little tip for the foam on the beer. Take your index finger and rub your nose on both sides and then take that finger and mix it around the foam and it will disappear right off the bat
