They all eat well here. We get meat from the supermarket and butcher. Duck, rabbit, beef, chicken, turkey organs and quail eggs. Eating such food for 2 weeks is ok and in the Netherlands we are going to give them more bones and prey again. In between they get a snack of vegetables and a piece of fruit. To see how they are doing, I always check their stool and it looks good. Small and compact. Chouchou eats 3 times a day. They eat better than us now. We eat less healthy. Not at all how we normally eat. I eat very little because I don't eat well. What I eat is not healthy even though I normally pay close attention to it. I also crave completely different things than usual. I normally never drink cow's milk, no juices and certainly no cerials. We will do this differently the 2nd week. Lots of vegetables, fruit and meat. xxx Eveline

Your voice seems to be getting better which is good, I generally keep emukal handy. It is aGerman lozenge or candy made from eucalyptus, sugar free. Should be available in your part of the world , I get it at Walmart . Like a wonder drug it gives instant relief from bad throat, intermittent coughing etc. Most of all it reduces the stress of cough that you feel from an unexpected cough bout. Lemon , ginger and honey are good too. Feel better.

Two years on vacation I had the a horrible cough. After going to the doctor, it was bronchitis. I had to take steroids. Cleared it up in a few days. I had to get an X-ray. Checking for pneumonia. But it was bronchitis. I would have coughing fits. Worse at night like you said. Hope you feel better soon! Love the videos. I get so excited when I receive the message that there is a new one!

I can watch them eat this food, it looks clean and nice, I can't look when they eat the bones, prey and ears and such. I fast forward. This spot you go to is lovely! I would prefer this to a beach. My mother used to crush my pills up when I was young and mix them with a bit of jam or peanut butter on the spoon. Made it nice to take.

@@Loulou_Friendsmy mother was a RN, her advice for swallowing pills is to put in food of consistency of yogurt, or applesauce, or you can “blend” any fruits or vegetables. When you crush pills, you sometimes get taste of medicine, which you (usually) don’t get with whole pills. You can still crush them if you want, and put into a food that is slippery and easy to swallow, even if you have sore throat. Hope this helps you to start feeling better; there is nothing worse than being on vacation, and not feeling good.❤
