You only ad progress cubes to the board the first time you contribute to a complex not the first time you place a building, making it a lot harder to get the cubes out early

Actually im pretty sure when you build a complex using the advanced building actions you're still using tech (so if someone else owns it they still get a free upgrade or an oxygen) the benefit is it allows you to bypass tech level requirements by sending workers to your work area. So like you can build a level 4 complex even when the tech is only at level 1 by sending 2 workers to your work area.

That's a Northern Ireland accent but yes, surely welcoming ships from earth is not the only way to bring people to Mars. Urgent wish for children action? Should it be in orbit or the on the colony?
