coffee makes me active, expressive & precise. moderate wine/beer makes me decisive & impatient in a good way, on long standing dilemmas, because *joy* is a _need_ .

@@JH-do8kt yes, I use electrolytes daily too now, I also add magnesium (food grade epsom salts) & sodium bicarbonate. I love but can’t advocate tobacco/nicotine use, it’s a mild nootropic, similar to coffee & delays any dementia. Twain, Hemingway, Wilde, Freud, Edison, Jung, Churchill, many thinkers & writers used it. I use the smokeless Swedish snus form of it, it’s so much fun😂. Exercise/walks help keep my mind & short term memory ordered & accessible. The exercise factor/effect is somewhat independent of my caffeine & nicotine use. If I don’t go for a brisk daily walk, I forget what I was thinking more…

Thank you so much, my Ustaz! It's perfect time to watch your video, put some Serge Lutens on my desk and just write down all ideas! Thank you and wish you all the best!
